Refund policy

Candy is a perishable item.  To comply with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) policies, Munchie Mayhem does NOT accept returns of any candy products.  The only exception to this is if an incorrect item was sent.

All claims of damage must be made with the delivery company. 

Be careful when entering your shipping address.  We cannot be responsible for shipping costs when you type in the wrong address (i.e. to your address or another address).  We will try to get the product back if you provided the wrong address but there is a chance that the candy will be lost.  We will be unable to provide a refund for this candy.  Once again, be careful when typing in addresses.

Please consider adding an ice pack (or several) to your order, as we cannot refund for melted candy. 

Please note that these are transit times and do not include the time it takes to process and package your order.  Once your package leaves our facility, we rely on the delivery company (FedEX and/or USPS) to deliver your candy.

Package Refusals: 

We must charge shipping (both ways) when you refuse a package without a good reason.  Let's talk and see why this occurred.

Canceling orders:

Need to cancel your recent order?  Please let us know within 24 hours.  

Do you have a special order?

We are happy to source your special orders.  However, we will need to invest money to make this happen so we cannot offer refunds for special orders.
